I speak five languages! As well as English, I’m fluent in German and can speak Dutch, Italian and Japanese.
Your hair always looks so beautiful! What’s the secret?
When I’m not working I’m super low maintenance with my hair. But, when it comes to work, I could not survive without Joh Bailey hairdressing salons. They cut, trim and style my hair for every occasion, whether it is a photo shoot, a red carpet event or a TV show.
What makeup do you use?
When I’m not working, I don’t usually wear makeup, I just slather on 30+ sunscreen, Lucas Papaw Ointment on my lips and some MAC bronzer. When I’m working, I love MAC makeup. It’s designed for professional use, so the coverage and colours are fantastic.
What about your nails?
I have found a brilliant product, called Bio Sculpture Gel. It is a long-lasting, non-damaging, all-natural nail varnish that lasts for weeks. It’s a godsend!
You’re the quintessential bronzed Aussie – is it a real or fake tan?
As much as I love the beach and being out in the sunshine, I’m well aware of the dangers of UVA and UVB rays. Skin cancer is one of the biggest killers of Australians – a suntan just isn’t worth the risk. So I fake it. I use Tuscan Tan and my girl Sarah Patricia comes to my house for hassle-free tan session.
Do you use a dietician?
Yes I do, The Body Doctor. He is incredible! I enjoy exercise – but I love my food! So he helps me fine tune my diet before really important jobs and events. He also does the nutritional analysis for my Love Lunch recipes.
I’ve seen you in ads for PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals). What other organisations and charities do you support?
I support so many charities, I feel compelled to contribute wherever I can. I support the Starlight Children’s Foundation, the Cancer Council and the Olivia Newton-John Cancer Centre amongst others. I lost my father to cancer, so I know how important it is to support these wonderful organisations and raise vital money and awareness.
I’m also a passionate advocate for animal rights. As well as my work with PETA, I support the Humane Society International, and the RSPCA.
Are your breasts real?
Yes they are – thanks Mum and Dad! No silicone here.
What music are you into?
How good are good tunes?! I loooove music, especially hip hop, dance music and folk.
