Using this website or purchasing any Annalise creations is subject to the following terms and conditions which are legally binding. These terms and conditions apply to ALL jewellery and accessory orders purchased online. ORDER PLACEMENT & PAYMENT:

By completing an order online you are accepting the price of the Product as listed on this Website. Advertised prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%. International customers hereby accept they will be unable to claim the GST back from Annalise.

Each piece of jewellery is unique and hand made with love, so items may differ from the photographs on the website and sizes may differ slightly.

Full payment must be made at the time of ordering the product. Payment can be made using Stripe only. For more information regarding this payment gateway, go to www.stripe.com.

Once payment has been confirmed, a confirmation of receipt will be sent by email to you.

All transactions are settled in AUD. All orders from persons outside Australia and bank accounts and credit cards in different currencies will be automatically converted to Australian dollars when the transaction is made using the Stripe payment gateway. The FX conversion rate varies from day to day with the prevailing exchange rate. Your bank or credit provider determines conversion rates and any additional transaction fees, please contact your bank or credit provider for additional details.

International customers are responsible for all customs rates within their own country, if applicable. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

Annalise and her team take great care and pride when manufacturing Annalise creations.
However please choose carefully as refunds are NOT provided under any circumstances.

Annalise’s jewellery is carefully hand made with quality products, and each item is checked prior to dispatching. If however a piece is damaged or faulty, the following conditions apply:

Returns within Seven (7) days of purchase:

Only unworn damaged or faulty pieces may be returned within seven (7) days of purchase to be repaired by Annalise.

If any pieces require repair, please email jewellery@annalise.com.au immediately (must be within 7 days) and then return the item, unworn, with your receipt and original packaging with a detailed repair request.

The customer takes ALL responsibility for the items to be returned. All postage is to be paid by the customer. Annalise reserves the right to dispute and reject any customer request.
Repairs for items required after more than Seven (7) days of purchase:

Annalise creations can be delicate, thus good care must be taken when wearing them. We understand that jewellery can get damaged and repairs may be required. If it has been more than seven days since the date of purchase, and your Annalise piece needs repairing, you can either arrange it with your local jeweller, or return the item to Annalise for a repair quote. Under these circumstances, the damaged item must be returned to Annalise, at the above address. ALL postage and repairs are to be paid by the customer, in advance.

Returning an Item that does not fit:
In the event that you purchase a product that does not fit: Subject to stock availability, Annalise will gladly exchange the item for an alternate size. The item must be returned in perfect condition with its original packaging to the address above. The customer takes ALL responsibility for the items to be retuned in perfect condition. ALL postage is to be paid by the customer. Annalise reserves the right to dispute and reject any customer request.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY CHARGES:

Domestic: All new online orders are entitled to FREE SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
All customers with a shipping address within Australia will receive free shipping. Advertised prices include GST, courier and handling fees.
International: Various fees apply, depending on destination. Postage will be calculated at time of check out.

DELIVERY TIME:

If an item is out of stock, or you have ordered a one of a kind, your Annalise creation should arrive within 6-8 weeks from the date of order.
Items in stock are delivered by courier and your Annalise creation should arrive in approximately 7 days from the date of order within Australia, and approximately 14 days from the date of order for international deliveries.

YOUR PRIVACY:

Annalise is committed to protecting your privacy. Any information, personal or otherwise provided to Annalise is for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order. Your personal information will never be released to any outside company for mailing or marketing purposes. All online transactions are secure and are handled by Stripe (see www.stripe.com for more info).
